Current Fitness Routine
I thought I would share my current fitness routine- I think I might start doing this every month or two, sometimes I change it up, sometimes I stick to the same! So, I have not been going to Pure Barre lately, I went 2-4 times every week for a little over 6 months. In the beginning I definitely saw a difference, but towards the end I just felt like my booty and legs were bulking up and was kind of ready to change it up. Not everyone will agree, but that’s just how my body reacted around months 4-6. So currently, I’ve gone back to BBG better known as Kayla Itsine’s Bikini Body Guide. I’ve been doing this off and on for probably 3 years now. I love it! It’s a 28 minute workout- four 7 minute circuits. I will typically do that 3 or 4 days a week and cardio the other 3 or 4 days. I also loveee yoga. I used to go religiously, but haven’t been able to find anything that works into my schedule so I’ve been doing a yoga video at home when I feel like I need it. I like to end my work outs with a head stand and forearm stand though! Just to make sure I still have it 😉
I couldn’t let this post go without talking about clothes!! Have you ever shopped at Zella? It’s carried in department stores and the quality is SO nice, everything is soo cute and the prices really aren’t bad compared to Alo and Lululemon! I love the leggings and the workout tops make you wanna work out!
