5 Tips For a Good Night’s Sleep
Hey Hey! You may have seen me post this bralette set from Smart & Sexy earlier this week over on my Instagram! This company has the cutest and really comfortable lingerie, but it’s also super budget friendly which I love! This bralette is a criss cross back with adjustable straps and the prettiest lace detail right under the bust! While I usually sleep in (not cute) pjs, I have a lot of friends that like to sleep with a little more support and these bralettes would be perfect for that!
Speaking of sleeping, I thought I would share my top 5 tips for getting to sleep. I know, some of these may not work for everyone, but I usually use all 5 of these tips mentioned, and 9 times out of 10 I fall asleep within 10 minutes and stay asleep until our alarm goes off in the morning! If you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, I hope these tips can help, but I’d also love to know your routine if you do something different! Let me know in the comments below!
My 5 Tips for Sleep
Turn your phone and computer off at least an hour before you plan on getting some zzzzz’s
- The blue light is not your friend! If you’re the type that needs to look at a phone before you go to bed, turn it on night mode to give your screen that orangey tint! In my experience, if I’m on electronics right before bed, I’m up for a LONG time and it takes forever for me to fall asleep. Try reading a book in bed- that usually makes me so sleepy when I’m all comfy too!
Lavendar scented oils or moisturizers!
Rain or Ocean Sounds
- We’ll have Alexa play “rain storm” or “ocean waves” and the sounds are so relaxing they put us to sleep so easily !
- I’ll take THESE gummy vitamins if I need help falling asleep and they work!! For me at least!
Drink Chamomile Tea
- there’s something so soothing about a hot cup of chamomile tea right before bed!
PS: My robe was a gift from my sister in law for her wedding for all of the bridesmaids! Sorry I couldn’t link it for you! She custom ordered them!
